This is a collaboration (TFP/Trade for Photos) agreement between the Photographer and Model. No payment will be exchanged by either party.
2. Deliverables The Photographer agrees to provide the Model with all RAW and/or unedited images from the shoot within seven (7) days of the shoot date. Files may be sent via link, email, or file transfer
Both the Photographer and Model may use the images for personal portfolios, social media, and self-promotion purposes only. Neither party may sell or submit the images to third-party entities (magazines, ads, etc without mutual written consent.
4. Credit Both parties agree to credit each other appropriately when posting or publishing the images.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms stated in this Agreement.
