  • VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION & PRIX VIEW PARTY

    ORIENTATION & Packet Pick Up: 4:30PM-5:30PM, Prix View Party 5:30PM-7:30PM | Watkins Glen International- Glen Club

  • You will receive your schedule no later than one week before the event via EMAIL.

  • FESTIVAL SHIFTS

    Please check the shifts you are interested and available to help with. Please note that many of the shifts occur at the same time, so be sure to only choose one in the same time frame.
  • Festival Clean Up- Downtown Watkins Glen- Responsible for assisting with clean up of Festival area, trash removal, tables, tents, and chairs broken down, merchandise inventory returned to headquarters, etc. Reports to: Steve Klemann.
  • Concours d'Elegance- WG State Park at Franklin Street- Responsible for assisting with onsite check-in, gridding, and various other tasks. Reports to: Joe Cali
  • Glenkhana- Responsible for assisting with onsite check-in, gridding, and various other tasks. Reports to: Kate Hughes and Paul Schelling
  • Headquarters- Downtown Watkins Glen- Includes Courthouse Information Booth- Responsible for various tasks as required during the Festival. This includes working Hospitality tent on the Courthouse lawn, and monitoring use of media lot. Reports to: Tom Phillips.
  • Crowd Control- Downtown Watkins Glen- Various crowd control related responsibilities during Franklin St closure and Old Course laps.
  • SBD Traffic- Downtown Watkins Glen- Various traffic related responsibilities during Franklin St closure and Old Course laps, including pace and sweep car. Reports to: Casey Creamer. *ALL Traffic Volunteers will have a MANDATORY meeting at 11am at HQ on Festival Day.*
  • Festival Merchandise Sales- Responsible for retail sales at Festival merchandise trailers. Volunteers set up booths, provide pricing information, inventory. Cash register/credit card processing helpful. Please note: Weekend Shifts are at WATKINS GLEN INTERNATIONAL. Reports to: Dena Carrigan.

  • We will still carry a few staff Grand Prix shirts and can sell them to you at cost at the orientation and volunteer packet pick up.

    This is the only time and place you will be able to purchase merchandise at a deeply discounted rate. Once the Prix View Party begins, sales will close.

    Credit Card is the only accepted form of payment at the Prix View Party.
