1. Services The Performer agrees to appear and participate in the video shoot described above.
The Producer agrees to pay the Performer a total amount that varies by project. Payment must be made in full at the end of the shoot on the same day before the Performer leaves the set.
3. Cancellation If the Producer cancels the shoot after the Performer has arrived on set, the Performer is still entitled to full payment.
Upon payment, the Producer has the right to use the footage for the project listed above.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms stated in this Agreement.
