Vendor Applications are subject to approval of the Rods & Relics Car Club. "IF NOT APPROVED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED.”
All vendors must have a valid business license and active liability insurance coverage. Food vendors must also have a current Placer County Mobile Food License, & submit a copy with their application. All vendors must be in place and setup by 7AM (no exceptions). Show Time is 8 AM to 3 PM. Parking details for vendor’s cars and trailers will be provided
Gate opens at 6 AM
Vendors must provide their own canopy, table, power or other items they may need.

All vendor applications deadline is Friday, May 5th, 2026 and must be paid in full.
Application must be signed and under the My Products catagory below, select applicable booth space and complete transation online.
