Sweet Curiosity Policies
A 2–3 week notice is preferred for most custom cake orders. Additional time may be required for larger orders or more intricate designs.
Orders placed within one week of the event will be considered rush orders and are subject to availability, along with a rush fee of $15–$50 depending on the complexity of the design. Rush orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before pickup or delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the event may receive credit toward a future order at Sweet Curiosity’s discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
Design changes must be finalized no later than 10 days before the event date. For any adjustments, please contact us via email at sweetcuriosityri@gmail.com.
Sweet Curiosity is not responsible for any damage to the product once it has been picked up or successfully delivered. Pickups more than 30 minutes past the agreed time will incur a $15 inconvenience fee and may require rescheduling.
Sweet Curiosity reserves the right to photograph and share cake designs for promotional purposes. Don’t worry — personal details will never be shared!
