4. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION
The Horse Owner acknowledges that horseback riding and horse handling are inherently risky activities. The Boarder releases and holds harmless The Pines Horse Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability or claims for injury, illness, damage, or death to the horse, rider, or third parties arising from participation in equine activities on the property. Horse Owner agrees to indemnify and defend The Pines Horse Farm against claims arising from Owner or horse behavior while on the premises. The Farm is not liable for any injuries, falls, broken bones, etc., Each rider rides at their own risk every time they mount a horse.
All riders must sign a liability release prior to riding or handling any horse on the property. Helmets and proper attire/boots are required at all times when mounted.
Riders under 18 years old MUST have parent or legal guardian signature attached to this document.
