    Job Summary:
    The Gymnastics, Edge Warrior, and Tumbling Coach is responsible for teaching safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classes for children of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with kids in an active environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead high-energy gymnastics, Edge Warrior, and tumbling classes with enthusiasm and patience.
    Teach proper technique while ensuring a safe and fun learning environment.
    Encourage students, build confidence, and help them set and achieve goals.
    Spot skills appropriately according to safety standards.
    Set up, move, and break down class equipment, including mats and obstacles.
    Maintain a clean, organized gym environment.
    Communicate effectively with parents, students, and team members.
    Assist with special events, camps, or birthday parties as needed.

    Requirements:
    Experience in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, ninja athletics, parkour, or similar movement-based activities (coaching experience preferred but not required).
    High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine love for working with children.
    Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment weighing up to 70 pounds.
    Ability to spot athletes safely, including lifting and supporting body weight during skill progressions.
    Ability to navigate uneven surfaces, padded floors, mats, and obstacle-course structures.
    Ability to balance, bend, twist, run, and perform active demonstrations as needed.
    Must be comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
    Must pass a background check if over 18.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Prior teaching, gymnastics, cheerleading, or ninja/parkour coaching experience.
    Knowledge of child development and progression-based teaching.
    Ability to work evenings and weekends.

    Front Desk Associate


    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our gymnastics facility. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression for families, athletes, and guests while keeping daily operations running smoothly.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Greet families, athletes, and visitors warmly and professionally
    Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
    Assist with class registrations, enrollments, and scheduling
    Process payments, memberships, and account updates accurately
    Communicate class information, policies, and upcoming events to families
    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
    Support coaches and management with administrative tasks as needed
    Handle customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solution-focused attitude
    Follow facility policies related to safety, confidentiality, and customer service


    Qualifications & Skills:
    Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
    Strong communication and customer service skills
    Organized with attention to detail
    Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
    Ability to multitask in a simi fast-paced environment
    Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
    Experience in customer service, childcare, fitness, or recreation settings is a plus but not required


    Physical & Work Requirements:
    Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
    Comfortable working in a busy, active, and sometimes noisy environment
    Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
