    TALENT RELEASE AUTHORITY

    REDLAND DANCE requests permission to use visual (video, photographs) and audio recordings in Redland Dance advertising, documents and promotional material.  Use of these recordings may include (but not exclusive to):

    • Redland Dance newsletters
    • Redland Dance advertising 
    • Redland Dance website, Facebook page and Instagram account

    Wherever possible, Redland Dance will remain sensitive to and understanding of cultural, family and personal sensitivities.

    PARENTAL AGREEMENT

    I wish to enrol my child for a trial of the above class/es. If they enrol after their trial, the information on this form will be used to create my account with Redland Dance.

    I indemnify Redland Dance and its staff against all claims and demands relating to my child attending and travelling to and from lessons and agree to pay dance fees as applicable.

    Signing below signifies agreement to these terms.

  • For just $30, our two-week introductory Salsa course will teach you the basic steps and prepare you to jump confidently into the beginner level classes.

    Confirmation of your place in the introductory Salsa course is dependent on receipt of the $30 payment.
