Appointment Reservations fees are $60 per pet. The amount below can be edited to reflect the number of pets being serviced.*

USDPlease note that there is a 3% surcharge fee for all credit card transactions. Appointment reservation fees are non refundable. The reservation fee(s) are applied towards your ending balance. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hour notice or less forfeits your reservation fee(s) and will be applied towards your cancellation fee.
