A: Once you place your order, I will get the items together and reach out to set up a pick-up time and location. At time of pick-up, you can Venmo the money or pay cash.

Q:How will I get my items?
A: Once I receive your order and get the items together, I will reach out to set up a pick-up/delivery time and location. If you live in Magnolia, Bay Point, Pelican Bay, Delwood or The Preserve, I will deliver the items for you at no charge. If you live in the area, we can make arrangements to meet up for delivery of your items and if you need the items mailed, an additional charge for postage may apply but that will be discussed with you.
Q: How many items can I order?
A: You can order as many items as you would like or need. There may be a lead time on ordering supplies based on my inventory at the time of the order.
Q: What if I want to return an item?
A: Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
