1. We accept the jurisdiction, which shall extend to and be acknowledged by all affiliated teams and clubs of the Ipswich Netball Association Inc. The Management Committee shall have the power to refuse the registration of any club, team or member thereof as per the Constitution.
2. If accepted to membership of the Ipswich Netball Association Inc., we pledge ourselves to uphold and keep in all sincere good faith, and do everything in our power to further the objects and aims of the Association, as set forth in the Constitution and Rules.
3. We declare that we are not a member of any other Netball Association having objects and aims in any way opposed to the Ipswich Netball Association Inc.
4. We accept that it is compulsory for Clubs to supply two (2) delegates to attend the delegates meetings.
5. We accept to abide by the Ipswich Netball Association Codes of Conduct and to act repectfully when dealng with volunteers from Ipswich Netball Association.
6. We accept to abide by all of Ipswich Netball Assocation Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
7. The Ipswich Netball Association Inc. will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred by players, umpires, officials or spectators whilst on Association Grounds or whilst representing the Association at State or Inter-Association Carnivals.
8. Current Audit report for the affiliating club is submitted with this application.
