  • Volunteer Agreement and Release of Liability

    By signing below, I acknowledge that:

    • Voluntary Participation – I am voluntarily participating in Joey’s Toy Drive activities and understand that my involvement may include physical activity, handling materials, or assisting with event operations.
    • Assumption of Risk – I recognize that volunteering may involve certain inherent risks, including minor injuries or accidents, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.
    • Release of Liability – I release and hold harmless Joey’s Toy Drive, its organizers, partners, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from my participation in any Joey’s Toy Drive activities.
    • Medical Treatment – In the event of injury or medical emergency, I consent to receive reasonable medical treatment and understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.
    • Photo & Media Consent – I grant permission for photos or videos taken during volunteer activities to be used for Joey’s Toy Drive’s marketing, media, or promotional purposes.
    • Conduct – I agree to act respectfully and responsibly, following all safety instructions provided by Joey’s Toy Drive staff or volunteers.
