    To complete this application form, you will need electronic copies of the following documents in PDF format. 

    • Cover Letter (written by the student)
    • Two (2) most recent school reports
    • Most recent NAPLAN results
    • ICAS Results in Science and Technology (if completed) (Other areas welcome)
    • Active areas of involvement in Science and/or Technology learning of some significance that demonstrates a passion and advancement in learning (which may include excellence and/or innovation)
    • Any other supporting merit-related documentation

  • Applicant Details
