Once parked, vehicles must remain stationary for the duration of the show.
If you need to leave early, please see Event Management to organise an escorted exit.

No unauthorised vehicle movement through pedestrian areas.
By entering, you agree to comply with all event safety and conduct guidelines.

By completing this Registration / Application Form, you agree and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions of Krome Rock N Rods.

You also acknowledge that Unique Epic Events will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or personal property.
All entrants are solely responsible for their vehicles while within the festival grounds and event boundaries.

Photo Consent Statement

By providing photos to Unique Epic Events / Krome Rock N Rods, you grant permission for these images to be used solely for social media content and promotional purposes related to our events. Your photos will not be sold, shared, or used for any other purpose beyond showcasing and celebrating our community and event highlights.

You retain ownership of your images, and this consent applies only to posts made on our official social media pages and promotional materials directly managed by Unique Epic Events / Krome Rock N Rods.
