  • PLEASE NOTE:

    We have a combination of full tables available, seating either 10 or 12 guests. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of bookings received.

    To gather attendee details, a guest information form will be sent to you once we have received your booking form. Please ensure the completed attendee form is returned no later than Friday, 17 October 2025, so we can make the necessary arrangements for any food allergies or dietary requirements.

    * Members must allocate at least half the places purchased to clients/guests.

    * Entry is strictly limited to CIUK members and their guests. If you do not have a badge you wil be refused entry.
