Field Trip Form
Please fill out this form to attend your field trip on our farm . Field trips last about one hour unless stated otherwise with added time. When you arrive please park on the fence line grass areas near the horses & goat pens first , once that parking it unavailable please park up towards the house on the left. NOTE: Bathrooms are under renovation and will NOT be available currently. Signing this form means you agree to all rules read below. As I run this on my own we ask that parents stay to be an extra hand if their child needs it.
