In connection with the 2026 Miss Teen Bahamas Universe Pageant, Contestant agrees as
follows:
1. Contestant agrees to be available for and to comply with all reasonable requests by Pageant in connection with the production, promotion advertising and publicity of the Miss Teen Bahamas Universe Pageant, and to attend all rehearsals & public events scheduled by the organization.
2. Contestant understands and agrees that all payments made toward application of fee of $850 is nonrefundable.
3. Contestant agrees to participate in any community service events planned.
4. The contestant agrees to follow all the rules and guidelines listed here and on the official application, including any updates or changes made later. They also agree to buy specific clothes and accessories required for the Pageant.
5. Contestant agrees that she will act in such a manner consistent, always, with the utmost poise and high personal standards, and always refrain from any act deemed detrimental or disrespectful to the Pageant system and its directors.
6. Contestant understands and agrees that the Pageant shall award to the contestant selected as Miss Teen Bahamas Universe, such titles, honors, trips, prizes and otherbenefits as shall be arranged by Pageant in its sole discretion.
7. The contestant agrees that all photos, videos, recordings, or any other media made during or related to the Pageant belong completely to the Pageant. This means the contestant doesn’t own or have any rights to them, and the Pageant can use them however it wants — for ads, promotions, or anything else.
8. Contestant agrees that the Pageant shall not be accountable for prizes or other awards or benefits promised by sponsors if sponsors do not provide said prizes, awards and/or benefits and Pageant shall have no obligation to obtain substitute prizes, awards or benefits.
9. Contestant must be 14 years of age and no older than 19 years of age, by July 1st of competition year.
10. Contestant must be single, never married, nor given birth to a child. Contestant must be a born female. She must be of good health and moral character.
11. Contestant must not have been convicted of a felony crime.
12. MUST be a Bahamian citizen or have necessary and proper Bahamian documents [especially for travelling].
13. A proper scan or copy of Bahamian documents must be provided at orientation.
14. Contestant must never have, nor will she during competition, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with any nudity or pornography. Nor has she ever or is presently involved any form of employment which involves partial or complete nudity.
15. Each contestant is subject to atleast one MANDATORY quarter page ad at a cost of $150.00.
16. Any contestant and or family member or guest, showing less that sportsman like behavior will lead to disqualification of the Contestant, with NO REFUND under these circumstances.
17. Contestant agrees all decisions of judges are FINAL irrevocable, and that she will abide by all regulations at the State/International and National competitions.
18. Contestant, if selected as queen, agrees to attend the National Competition as the Country Representative
and abide by all rules and regulations required by same or forfeit title.
