Participations, Release, and Agreement
1. Participation Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Art Retreat hosted by Artist with a Purpose. Activities may include painting, crafting, working with glass, and candle-making. I understand these activities may involve the use of tools, paints, adhesives, heat, and other materials that could cause injury if not handled properly.
2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in art-related activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, burns, or allergic reactions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.
3. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Artist with a Purpose, its organizers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in the event. This includes personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during or after the retreat.
4. Health & Safety
I confirm that I am in good health and able to participate in the activities. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the facilitators and staff during the retreat.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
I understand that all payments for the retreat are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant with prior approval from Artist with a Purpose.
