Payment Terms
- Payments are made Bi-Monthly, every 15 days.
Important – Please Read Campaign Requirements:
- Caller-initiated inbound calls accepted.
- No SMS or outbound dialed transfers.
Zero-Tolerance Activities
If any of the following occur, the lead provider forfeits all rights to payment:
- Fraudulent calls
- Coached calls
- Faked T1 recordings
- Number spoofing
- Caller dropped calls after SSN is given
- Agents staying on the call after it is transferred and answered by verifier
Ringba Access (Call Tracking)
- You will receive access to Ringba, the call tracking system.
- Ringba access will allow you to see the calls you have purchased in real time.
- You will see the caller ID, durations of the calls, and amounts spent.
