These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between The Wedding Chauffeurs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for the provision of chauffeuring services. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payment
• A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking.
• Bookings are only confirmed once we issue email confirmation.
• We require the outstanding balance to be settled on arrival of the car at the start of the day.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to 100% charge.
• In the extremely unlikely event we must cancel, a full refund of the amount paid so far will be issued. We will also assist in finding a suitable alternative where possible.
3. Vehicle & Service Provision
• We will provide the agreed vehicle(s) in clean and roadworthy condition.
• In rare cases of mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar style/standard.
• Smoking, eating, and drinking (except bottled water) are not permitted inside the
vehicle.
4. Timings & Routes
• Clients must provide accurate details of pick-up and drop-off addresses and timings.
• We cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or
events beyond our control.
• On-the-day hire extension requests will be charged at £75 per extra hour required.
• On-the-day time changes will not incur extra charges however we reserve the right to refuse time changes where not possible.
• Bookings that end beyond midnight will be charged at £100 per hour after midnight.
• Whilst we will make every effort to do so, we reserve the right to refuse last minute extensions of the hire if it is not possible to do so.
5. Client Responsibilities
• You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the client.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if passengers behave in a manner deemed
unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Liability
• We accept no liability for missed events, photographs, or financial loss arising from weather, delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
7. Insurance
• Our vehicles are fully insured for wedding chauffeur services.
• This does not cover personal property; clients are advised to arrange their own
insurance for valuables.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, accidents, or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The Wedding Chauffeurs Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in advance where applicable
