Fall Block Party Vendor Information
Please complete this form to register as a vendor for the Fall Block Party. Vendor fees are $50 for a 10x10 space and $100 for food trucks. Please decorate your booth with a fall theme. Vendors must have a white or light gray tent. Limited spots available on a first-come basis. The event is on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 11AM to 5PM, at 827 MLK Jr. Blvd. and E. 9th Street. Vendor set up time will begin at 9AM and vendors are expected to be set up and ready to greet attendees by 10:45 AM. You will need to supply a table, tent, and chair. This will be an outdoor event and spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We will not have outlets for electricity. The event ends at 5PM. At this time, you may begin breaking down. Please plan to stay for the entire duration of the event. Once this form is received, payment will be due promptly. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Payment must be received within 3 days of receiving the Shopify link to secure your booth.

Waiver: Jlatti, LLC reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. The Vendor shall defend, save & hold harmless, Jlatti, LLC and Stillman Heights (SH) Vendor Village and their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors & assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, & shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths/Stands or other are not insured by the City, or any sponsoring agents. * Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. * Exhibitor must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. * Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property. ANY VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY. Include in your application a certificate of insurance adding Jlatti, LLC as additional insured. Please see below Safety notice to all vendors: Organization sponsoring event (Jlatti or SH) responsibility: * Provide a safe & healthy space for vendors * Establish, supervise & enforce safety rules * Provide safety training to vendors * Conduct investigation of all accidents regardless of severity * Establish a first aid station. Vendor responsibility * Know & comply w/ all safety rules & procedures * Play an active role in creating a safe & healthy event. * Use common sense when participating in the event * Failure to follow safety rules could result in immediate action including closing of vendor’s space, removal from approved vendor list. Safety rules—Guidelines * Use “wet floor” signs anywhere there may be a slip & fall hazard * Use tarp or retardant barrier when cooking or using flammable items (such as grease, etc) to protect ground an surrounding foundation, grass, trees, etc. * Use “Caution signs/Cones anywhere there may be a trip hazard that cannot be fixed (Ex: hole in ground, uneven levels.) * Remove any trip hazard such as a box that may be in the pathway * Tape down cables/electrical cords completely * Immediately report all accidents * Identify & report all potential hazards. * Adhere to licensing guidelines for ensuring possession fire extinguishers and required safety materials on site. Application deadline is due by: deadline posted. Booth space fee or donation of product for our raffle is due by due date. You will lose your booth space if fee or donation is not received by posted deadline. * You must provide your own tent, tables, tie downs etc. * Tents must be white or light grey in color. (No other colors accepted). * Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form. * Food Vendor: Due to logistics of food vendor set-up, you are asked to check in no later than 1 hour prior to start event time for safety issues, food vendors who arrive after time, may forfeit pre-assigned booth location and be assigned an alternate location. * All other vendors must check-in between times. Due to safety issues, arrivals after time, may forfeit pre- assigned booth location and be assigned an alternate location. * Vehicles will not be allowed in the event area after lot grounds by set time. * Booths must be completely set-up by time. The festival requests that all vendor booths remain open until close of event. * Vendors will have up to 2 hours post event to pack-up. All vendors must be off grounds by that time and are responsible for carrying all items to and from the field. * To prevent accident or injury any vendor (in case of emergency), that has to leave early MUST notify a festival official. With permission, booths that can be packed-up and “walked-out” will be allowed to do so. No vehicles will be allowed on the festival grounds before time, start of festival or once festival begin, without the permission and escort of a designated official. * The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. * Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of their application and a map and directions will be mailed prior to the event to your email. * This event occurs rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold. * Absolutely, no unattended vehicles may be left on the school grounds the night before the carnival. * Vendor Registration Forms must be returned by pre-determined deadline to be considered . * By Submitting this application you are agreeing to the terms above. * Our Event Coordinator will contact you to arrange payment for booth fees within 24 hours of submitting this application. If we cannot accommodate your business due to other vendors already booked, we will place you on a wait list for the event.
