Essential Companion Tickets
In order to be granted an Essential Companion ticket you will need to send us some supporting documentation. This year Womad has linked up with the Nimbus Access Card Scheme, therefore anybody who has the +1 symbol on their card will automatically be eligible for an Essential Companion Ticket.

However, as an organisation we will accept additional types of supporting documents which are subject to approval:

- Front page of approved DLA letter or PIP letter
- Evidence of being registered as severe sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card and proof of training
- Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
- War Disablement Pension

(Please feel free to black out any information that relates to the amount of benefit paid or health conditions etc).

Accessible Facilities
Below is a list of the accessible facilities that we offer at the festival. Please tick which of the following you will require and answer any other relevant information.

Do you require Access Only to Accessible Camping?
If you're staying in the Accessibility Campsite, group sizes are limited due to capacity. We can accommodate up to four people per group, this number includes the access customer and Personal Assistants. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly to discuss.
Total number of tents in your Party
Do you require continuous critical power for the charging of essential medical equipment?
This service is not available for the charging of devices such as wheelchairs or mobility scooters. There are regular charging points located in the accessible campsite and the Viewing Platforms. If you've selected 'Yes', we may follow up with you to establish your precise requirements.
If yes, please provide details of your power requirement e.g. What type of power do you need? And specifically what for?
All applications for power will be assessed on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee a continuous supply of power due to the nature of working within a greenfield festival site. Any customers that are approved for this facility will need to sign a waiver about this.
