    The City of Santee is proud to host our 10th annual Fido Fest!
  • Fido Fest is one of San Diego's largest FREE Dog events. This annual celebration welcomes over 3,000 dog lovers from all over San Diego County! 

     

    Fido Fest celebrates all things dog-related by offering attendees opportunities to Foster or Adopt from local rescues, access affordable microchipping and licensing, compete in various contests, participate in "Arfs & Crafts", and so much more!

     Additional Notes:

    • This application is intended for businesses that are related to dog products and services, animal welfare and rescues, or other closely related industries. 
      • Your participation is not confirmed until your application has been reviewed or approved by City staff.
      • The City of Santee reserves the right to choose vendors that meet the needs/theme of the event. Multiple vendors in attendance may provide similar services and/or resources.

     

    • This event will be held rain or shine
      • In the event of saturated grass from rainfall, the event will be moved to the asphalt parking lot.
      • You will be notified at least 24 hours before if there has been a change of venue location

     

    • Activities must be done in your 10'x10' assigned space, unless preapproved by the City of Santee.

     

    • Vendor booths will be placed on grass. You must secure your canopy with weights, sandbags or other means.
      • The Fire Marshall will be on site to conduct inspections.

     

    • Please help us promote the event through your website, social media channels, e-blasts, promotional collateral, and word of mouth.

     

    The application is not intended for food vendors.

  • Insurance - $65 fee

    If you are unable to provide proof of insurance naming the City of Santee as additionally insured, you can purchase insurance through the City of Santee.

     

    Sample of required COI verbiage:

  • Booth Equipment - $75 fee

    If you are unable to provide your own equipment, the City of Santee will provide (1) 10'x10' canopy, (1) 6' table, and (2) chairs


  • Once approved, you will be contacted to make a payment in one of two ways:

    1) Online (debit or all major credit cards)

    2) Check
