Rebelle Rally 2026 Registration

Team Entry: $8,200/person ($16,400/team)

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once entries are filled, registration will close even if prior to the September 10, 2026 closing date. Additionally, Rally officials may close registration at any time due to unforseen changes in permits, etc.

Discounts

• Returning Rebelles: $500 off team registration (one or both teammates is a returning Rebelle from any year)
• 100% Rebelles: $1,000 off team registration (one or both teammates is a 100% Rebelle, meaning they have completed in every Rebelle since 2016)
• 2025 4x4 and X-Cross™ 1st place winners: $5,000 off registration for each winning team member

These discounts cannot be combined together, or with any other credits from the 2025 Rebelle Rally.

Registration Fee Includes

• 10-day event (8 days driving, subject to modification based on weather events, safety determinations, etc.)

Upon receiving your registration fee or your installment deposit, your team will receive:

• Access to the 2026 Competitor Zone (online competitor portal)
• Online navigation training and competitor toolkit (with downloadable maps)
• 2026 Competitor logo (rights cleared for use complying with the guidelines)
• Official Team #
• Welcome packet with gift, welcome card, and decals
• 2026 rights-cleared images for team sponsor deck and website use (to help teams present to potential supporters)

Other Costs

In addition to the registration fee, competitors should plan for the following expenses.

• Rally-capable vehicle, spare parts, camping equiment, other required items (see Rulebook)
• Rental of tracking equipment and satellite phone (mandatory, paid by October 1, 2026): ~$700
• Fuel (mandatory; payable via credit card authorization with our fuel provider, or at on-course approved gas stations)
• Doctor's clearance letter
• Transportation to and from Rally
• Food before Tech Inspection lunch and after Rebellation gala dinner
• Rebelle U training event ($725+/person, depending on course)
  • Rookies: Required 2-day navigation course (in-person or online). Rebelle Rally registration includes $200 discount on Rebelle U navigation course for each rookie team member.

Payment Procedure

• Upon registration, an invoice with payment instructions will be sent to the person identified on the last page of this form.
• Payment must be received within 10 business days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within 10 business days, your registration will expire and this form must be re-submitted.

2026 Waitlist

For teams registering from the 2026 waitlist, full payment or deposit must be completed within 72 hours of notice of availability, or your registration will expire and the entry will be offered to the next team on the waitlist.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high production costs, permitting fees, and guarantees that the Rally must make to accommodate each team and the limited number of team entries, please understand and respect our cancellation policy.

Your cancellation is not considered final until a Rally staff member confirms receipt of the email. Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work, or participate in any way in The Rebelle Rally, I, the Undersigned, being eighteen (18) years of age or older:

1. Acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to enter The Rebelle Rally (the "Event") to be conducted in the states of California and Nevada.
2. Acknowledge that the Event involves extreme risk, including the possibility of death, serious bodily injury, and/or property damage, and that I enter at my own risk.
3. Agree that I have sufficient competence, experience. and physical and mental health to participate in the Event safely, and that Rebelle Rally Enterprises, LLC (RRE) is not responsible to evaluate nor has RRE evaluated my competency.
4. Acknowledge that the Event course is located on public roads and that I will share the road with other users and abide by all rules of the road as required by all applicable governmental and Event laws, rules, and regulations, including remaining on the Event course, to follow all Event signage, and to abide by all instructions of Event officials and police at all times.
5. Understand that attendance at all required rally briefings is mandatory.
6. Consent to receive and allow RRE or medical specialists to provide medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during or in conjunction with the Event.
7. Expressly acknowledge that injuries that I receive may be compounded or increased by negligent rescue operation or procedures of Event officials or assignees.
8. Agree to indemnify and save and hold RRE and each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost I may incur arising out of or related to my injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees or any participant in the Event or any third party.
9. Assume full responsibility for any bodily injury, death, and/or property damage arising out of or related to the Event whether caused by the negligence of RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees or any participant in the Event or any third party.
10. Agree to waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the promoters, participants, officials, competition vehicle owners, drivers, rescue personnel, sponsors, advertisers, owners, and lessees of premises used to conduct the Event, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or Event and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all liability to the Undersigned, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the Undersigned arising out of or related to the Event, whether caused by negligence of RRE and/or its assignees or otherwise.
11. Agree that the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity provisions of this Agreement include all acts of negligence by RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees, including, but not limited to, negligent rescue operations and/or gross or willful and wanton conduct, and that the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity agreements contained herein are intended to be interpreted as broadly as permitted by applicable law.
12. Agree that organizers and sponsors of the Event may use any information given to the organizers for purposes associated with the Event and to provide me with details of other products, services, and events.
13. Agree to allow any photographic, film, or audio likeness of me or my property obtained in conjunction with the Event to be used by the organizers, sponsors, and/or assignees at their discretion at no cost.
14. Agree that September 10, 2026, is the official closing date for registration; however, if the maximum amount of entries is reached before the closing date, an announcement will be made on the Rebelle Rally website and social media outlets that registration is officially closed.
15. Agree that if I cancel from
    • November 15, 2025 - April 30, 2026, the cancellation fee is 10% of my team's entry fee
    • May 1 - July 31, 2026, the cancellation fee is 25% of my team's entry fee
    • August 1 - August 31, 2026, the cancellation fee is 50% of my team's entry fee
    • on or after September 1, 2026, no refund will be given.
16. Acknowledge and agree that many permitting, insurance, and other requirements must be met and maintained in order for the Event to be successfully held; that many foreseeable and unforeseeable events could occur that would prohibit the Event from being held; and that if the Event is cancelled for any reason I will not hold RRE liable and that I am only entitled to reimbursement of my entry fee if the Event is cancelled prior to the first day of the Event.
17. Agree that no reimbursement of travel expenses and other associated expenses will be refunded or reimbursed at any time if I cancel my entry or the Event is cancelled for any reason.
18. Agree that a completed and submitted application does not guarantee that I will be able to participate in the Event.
    1. I agree that RRE reserves the right to refuse and/or deny any entry application or person for any reason and at any time.
    2. I agree that RRE reserves the right to add additional qualification requirements for participation in the Event.
    3. Furthermore, I agree that in the event I breach any of the provisions herein as determined by RRE and/or each of its employees, agents, officers, and assignees, I may be immediately removed from the Event and shall obtain no refund or reimbursement of costs as determined in the sole discretion of RRE.
19. Agree that if any provision of this Agreement is, becomes, or is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed amended to conform to the applicable laws so as to be valid and enforceable, or, if it cannot be so amended without materially altering the intention of the parties hereto, it shall be stricken and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 
20. Agree that this Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Furthermore, the parties hereto expressly agree that venue for any action in any way associated with this Agreement shall be in the Fourth Judicial District in and for the County of Elko, State of Nevada, and each party waives the right to venue in any other jurisdiction.
21. Agree that should any party be required to seek legal action to enforce or interpret the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the prevailing party shall be awarded reasonable attorney fees and costs, and the Court shall determine which party is the prevailing party.
22. Agree that RRE shall have the right to photograph, publish, re-publish, adapt, exhibit, perform, reproduce, edit, modify, make derivative works, distribute, display, or otherwise use or reuse the undersigned's image, voice, and/or likeness in connection with any product or service in all markets, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed in RRE's products or services. RRE may exercise any of these rights itself or through any successors, transferees, licensees, distributors, or other parties, commercial or nonprofit. The undersigned acknowledges receipt of good and valuable consideration in exchange for this Release, which may simply be the opportunity to participate in the Event in its promotional and advertising materials as described above.
23. Agree to abide by the RRE Rulebook, Competition Handbook, Media Handbook, all competition documents, and RRE trademark and copyright guidelines.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

RRE reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and/or to reject anyone's application at our sole and absolute discretion at any time, including before, during, and/or after the Rebelle Rally. The Rebelle Rally is a private event.
