Fall Awakening 

Join Us for the Fall Awakening Retreat in the Gorgeous White Mountains of New Hampshire! 

When: 4 pm Friday, Oct. 9 2026 to 11:30 am Monday, Oct.12 2026 (Indigeneous People's Day long weekend). 
Where: Bartlett Village House, Bartlett, NH 

Choose Your Accommodations: All early bird rates are per person

1. Private Room with King or Queen Bed and Ensuite private bathroom (only 2 available). Single occupancy: $1,598; double occupancy: $1,198*
2. Private Room with King or Queen Bed and Shared bathroom (only 2 available). Single occupancy: $1,398*
3. Double Room for 2 people with 2 beds and shared bathroom. Can be booked with a friend or travel companion OR can book and share with a friend you don't know yet (of the same gender). $1,198*

3) Payment plans.....Pay a $500 deposit BY January 30, 2026 and the remaining balance in 1 or 2 other payments (+$50 for a 2-payment plan and +$80 for 3-payment plan - fee to be added to next payment depending on the plan you choose). If opting for a 2 payment plan, second payment (+$50 service fee) is due on or before March 1, 2026. If opting for a 3 payment plan, 2nd payment (+$80 service fee) is due on March 1, 2026 and 3nd payment is due on May 1, 2026. Depending on your room selection, your payment plan with due dates will be sent to you via the email provided in your registration form. We will set up each payment plan individually and you will receive invoices prior to the due dates.

Deposits of $500 or payment in full is required to reserve your spot/room of choice All rates above are EARLY BIRD and these rates all increase on January 30, 2026. 

REFUND POLICY: Retreat payments and deposits are non-refundable. If you reserve a room and cannot go, you are welcome to sell your spot and transfer it to someone else. This must be done prior to June 1, 2026. We highly recommend travel insurance in case of an emergency.

Retreat Participation Agreement

While we make every effort to provide a safe and pleasant environment for every retreat participant, we do require that this participation agreement be read, filled out, signed, and dated by all who wish to participate in retreat activities.

Please read below:

With full knowledge, I accept full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur while participating in retreat activities. These activities may include, but are not limited to, yoga, walking, hiking, meditation, pranayama and any other possible activities. 

Although we have taken reasonable steps to provide guidance and skilled instructors so that you can participate in activities which you may or may not be skilled in, we do remind you that these activities are not without risk. Also, certain risks cannot be eliminated. Retreat activities can lead to accidental injury or illness or, in exteme cases, permanent trauma or death. 

I, on behalf of myself, agree to release and hold harmless The Write Move LLC (parent to New England Breathwork), retreat leaders Robyn Parets and Jill Coletti, and Bartlett Village House for any and all claims for injuries, causes of action, or liability related to my participation in any activity occurring during the retreat. 

Should The Write Move LLC, Robyn Parets, Jill Coletti or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and cost. 

Please note: This is an alcohol and recreational drug-free weekend. If violating this, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the retreat weekend. 

By signing this document, I acknowledge that if I am hurt or property is damaged during my participation in these activities, I may be found by court of law to have waived any right to maintain a lawsuit against Robyn Parets and Jill Coletti on the basis of any claim which has been released herein.

By signing this document, I also acknowledge that photos/videos may be taken during the retreat and I agree to allow retreat leaders to share media with participants and to optionally use photos/videos for promotional purposes. There will be NO professional videos or photos so that you can truly feel comfortable being in a safe space.

I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and agree to be bound to its terms. 

Confirmation

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
