This sponsorship contract is between the below referenced person / company, hereinafter known as “sponsor” and the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival, hereinafter known as “WVIHF” for the year 2026.

Sponsor agrees to provide the WVIHF a tax-deductible donation in the amount selected below for the 47th Annual celebration to be held Labor Day Weekend 2026, (September 4, 5, & 6, 2026).

Sponsor agrees to provide said amount NO LATER THAN July 31, 2026.

Sponsor will receive the promotional package matching the dollar amount of Donation (i.e. $5,000 event receives Silver Level Package)

Sponsor agrees to hold the WVIHF harmless from any liability connected with or arising from this partnership.

The WVIHF agrees to provide sponsor with the promotional package selected below.
