Q Theatre Youth Performance Ensemble - Audition Registration
The Studio Q Performance Ensemble is a new program for passionate young performers in Western Sydney. Its goal is to provide the opportunity to experience the thrill of working on a full-scale production in a professional theatre setting. This season, we will be presenting Shakespeare's beloved classic, A Midsummer Night's Dream, under the direction of emerging director Sudip Sauden.
The Performance Ensemble begins with an audition process, where potential participants showcase their passion and ability to industry professionals. This gives them a chance to gain real-world audition experience and receive valuable feedback.
Then, over 16 weeks of intensive rehearsals, Ensemble members will develop and perform a full-length play under the guidance of an established director. The resulting performance will take place in the 376-seat capacity Q Theatre, complete with full-scale scenic and costume design, as part of Q Theatre company’s official season.

The Junior Performance Ensemble (ages 9-12) will be offered in Semester 2
The Schedules and Call Times are as follows:
Audition Date: Tuesday, 2 December, 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Rehearsal Schedule: Tuesdays, 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Rehearsal Dates: 3 February - 24 March and 28 April - 2 June
Technical Rehearsal: Tuesday, 9 June, 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Dress Rehearsal: Friday, 12 June, 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Performance Date: Saturday, 13 June, 12:00pm - 3:00pm and 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Fees: Studio Q: $480 Term / $900 Semester, Non-Studio Q: $560 Term / $1050 Semester
