2026 CHC Banquet Tickets Form

Please fill in the form below to submit your 2026 CHC Banquet Tickets order. Please submit payment via e-transfer to treasurer@heritagecollege.ca, or pay at the banquet (cash, cheque or e-transfer will be accepted).

Banquet ticket: $40 each*
Kids Room ticket: $15 each (ages 3-9)
Server ticket: $20 each (CHC Grade 7/8 and High School students)

*If you would like to donate more than your order total to the CHC, please add any additional amount to your e-transfer by using the selections in the form.
