For this event, OPAC will be curating vendors, nonprofits, artists, workshops, etc. Please apply and pay the fee and we'll be in touch shortly on whether or not you've been accepted. If accepted, OPAC will send a confirmation email shortly. If not accepted, you will receive a full refund. (PLEASE ONLY REGISTER AS AN ARTIST IF YOU CREATE ORIGINAL ART IN THE FORM OF PAINTINGS, PHOTOGRAPHY, SCULPTURES AND GRAPHIC DESIGNS. Retail/Artisan vendors will not be considered for an artist booth, please register as a vendor.)

Set Up Information:

We will send a thorough email with set up info no later than the week of the event. Make sure to check you spam/junk folder if it is not in your primary inbox.

For the benefit of our guests, please do not load out before event is over, except if you are sold out.
All Vendors, Artists, Food Trucks and Nonprofits will be responsible to bring all required booth setup equipment: tables, chair, canopy, etc.
Food Trucks should be a licensed food truck. 10% donation of sales must be paid to OPAC before leaving premises on January 24th, 2026. $50 cleaning fee is included in the initial fee and can be reimbursed Tuesday following the event if area is left clean.

NO ALCOHOL is permitted to be sold on any OPAC premises/events.
