The Freedom PTA is committed to supporting our families during this challenging time. Hoffy Heroes is a PTA initiative that provides grocery and essential-needs gift cards to Freedom families experiencing financial strain.
Thank you for visiting the Hoffy Heroes Request Form.

This space has been created to support Freedom families who may be feeling the impact of the federal shutdown and SNAP benefits freeze. All requests are completely confidential and will be reviewed by the designated PTA officer responsible for this program.

To help ensure we can meet needs across our entire community, we’re beginning with a maximum of three (3) $100 gift cards per household. You may choose cards from a single retailer or mix and match multiple retailers based on what your family needs most right now.

You do not need to provide any explanation or documentation. Simply select the gift cards that best support your family. At "checkout" you will be asked to provide your contact information and select between pick-up or drop-off.
