Purpose and Nature of This Workshop or Group
This workshop or group experience is offered by Jen DeMarco, a Certified EFT Practitioner through EFT International.

Jen DeMarco is not a licensed mental-health or medical provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any conditions.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a complementary self-help and stress-reduction method that supports emotional regulation and resilience. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice for any physical or mental-health concerns. Please inform Jen before the event(s) if you have a diagnosed mental-health condition or if you are under the care of another professional so that your experience can be supported safely and appropriately.

To create a safe and supportive group environment:

• Each person’s experience with EFT is unique. Some may notice deep emotional release; others may feel subtle or delayed effects.
• Group tapping is for education and demonstration - not individualized therapy.
• If strong emotions arise, you may pause, step back, or request support at any time.
• Confidentiality is expected; please respect the privacy of other participants.
• You may choose whether or not to share personal experiences.
• Jen may occasionally interject, pause, or redirect conversation to maintain group focus on tapping practice and safety.
