Position Summary:
The Group Leader is responsible for supervising, engaging, and supporting a group of students in daily after-school activities including homework assistance, enrichment clubs, and recreational play. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children in a structured yet fun learning environment.
Experience leading small group activities preferred.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check and child abuse clearance
CPR/First Aid Certification: Preferred or must be obtained within 30–60 days of hire.

* Ability to follow schedules and program guidelines consistently.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and ensure the safety of assigned group of students at all times.
* Lead or assist with enrichment activities (arts, STEM, sports, etc.).
* Provide **homework assistance** and encourage positive study habits.
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
* Support the Site Director or Program Coordinator with daily operations.
* Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports as needed.
* Communicate effectively with parents and team members.
Work Schedule:
* Typically Monday–Friday during after-school hours (e.g., 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM).
* Additional hours may be available for planning, training, or full-day programs (e.g., school breaks).
