Sponsored amounts include financial gifts, gift certificates, products, or services provided to our organization, national queens, delegates, or families without requiring an additional purchase. This may include items such as gift certificates, photo sessions, coaching sessions, makeup lessons, products, services, and more.

Sponsorships are not exclusive. If you are interested in exclusivity, please provide details below and we will schedule a call to discuss the expectations of both parties. Exclusive sponsorships require a negotiated, signed contract.

Royalty Partner
Provides exclusive discounts, perks, or benefits for delegates and families.

Benefits include:
• Recognition as a Royalty USA Preferred Partner
• Listing on the Royalty USA Partner Page and Delegate Dashboard

Ruby Sponsor
Entry-level sponsor supporting the delegate experience through financial or in-kind contributions.
Value: $250–$2,499

Benefits include:
• Logo in the national program book
• Name and logo listed on the Royalty USA Sponsor webpage
• 1–2 social media shoutouts per year
• Vendor space at Nationals, as available. Space is limited and must be reserved early.

Pearl Sponsor
Mid-level sponsor providing ongoing contributions or major event support.
Value: $2,500–$4,999

Benefits include:
• Half-page ad in the official Royalty USA program book
• Logo and website link on the Royalty USA website
• Logo placement on sponsor signage at Nationals
• Vendor space at Nationals, as available. Space is limited and must be reserved early.
• Quarterly social media features

Platinum Sponsor
Premier sponsor whose support helps shape the Royalty USA national experience.
Value: $5,000+

Benefits include:
• Full-page ad in the official Royalty USA program book
• Premier logo placement on the website and select digital materials
• Complimentary vendor space in a priority location, space guaranteed
• On-stage recognition during national events
• Social media campaign and feature posts
• VIP show access for sponsor representatives

Diamond Sponsor
Elite sponsor whose support goes above and beyond all other levels. Diamond Sponsors receive exclusive recognition throughout Nationals week, including featured signage and logo placement on the back of the 2026 national t-shirt.
Value: $10,000+

Benefits include:
• Two-page spread in the official Royalty USA program book
• Premier logo placement on the website and select digital materials
• Complimentary vendor space in a priority location, space guaranteed
• On-stage recognition during national events
