Warehouse Venue Rental Liability Waiver and Damage Agreement

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am renting the Warehouse venue space and accept full responsibility for any and all damages caused during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to Walls including chipped paint, scuff marks, holes or markings of any kind, Floors, Microwave, Fridge, Sinks, Bathrooms, Stairs, any lighting through the building, The Cloud Lights, All neon signs, Stairs, All games including; VR equipment; VR Stand, Vr hand controls and VR Headset, Xbox, PlayStation, Pac Man Machine, Deer Shooting Machine, NBA Machine, Mortal Combat Machine, Shuffleboard, Pool table, Air Hockey Table, Basketball Hoop, Skeeball Machine, ALL televisions and remotes, Couches, Cotton Candy Machine, Popcorn Machine, Snowcone Machine and Massage Chair. I agree to be financially responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damaged property.

I acknowledge that by renting and using the Warehouse venue and its equipment, I assume all risks associated with the use of the space and equipment. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Warehouse and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my use of the venue.

Security Camera Notice and Footage Agreement:
For the safety and security of all guests and property, security cameras are in operation and record continuously throughout the event space. By signing this waiver, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the presence of these cameras and consents to being recorded while on the premises. Recorded footage is stored securely and used solely for safety, security, and property management purposes. Upon request, the renter may purchase a copy of the footage from their event, subject to availability and applicable fees. The venue reserves the right to deny access to footage for any reason related to privacy, security, or legal compliance.

I agree to provide a valid credit card and photo ID to be kept on file by the Warehouse. I authorize the Warehouse to charge this card for any damages incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to damage repair, replacement costs, and cleaning fees if applicable. I understand that this authorization is a condition of rental and that failure to provide a card on file may result in cancellation of the rental agreement. 

I understand that Warehouse staff will perform a cleaning services for a fee of $125. This fee will be added to my final charges.

I understand there is NO loitering outside the venue.

I understand my deposit is non-refundable but will be used towards the total balance.

I understand that if I cancel/rescedule within 48 hours of my event, I will not be refunded or my event moved to a new date. 

I understand there is a 60 person capicty and if I exceed the capcity, my event can be shut down, with no refund provided.
