Hope Alive 845 is a non profit organization for missing children and adults. We collect donations to help families and the organization to keep moving forward. This is a traditional holiday that we do the toy drive. We will carefully going over all the applicants and we will be contacting families that are approved. Please make sure you have all the proper proof when filling out this form. This year we will be delivering to families on a three day route. We will be bringing Santa Clause a grinch and a elf for the children to see and take pictures with. We will be posting up pictures of every stop on all of our social media platforms. Our Route starts on Dec 13, 14th and the 20th. We will contact you twice. First time we contact is to say your approved and second time we contact you to give you a date when we will be arriving. Each Child will recieve 1-3 gifts each. If you have multiple children, please fill out form again for each child. They must be living in the same house hold. Only parents can apply. We will be Only be delivering this year. We ONLY be doing from the ages 1-13 years of age.
