2025-2026 TACES Research Grant
TACES will award one $500 grant for TACES members’ research in the area of counselor education and supervision. Please include your TCA/TACES membership number in your application. Deadline for application is January 5, 2026 11:59 CST
PURPOSE: The purpose of the grant is to support research that increases understanding of counselor education and/or the supervision process. Areas of particular interest are Counselor Education and/or Supervision issues dominant within the state of Texas (e.g., bilingual counselor education and supervision, multicultural issues, military, etc.). WHO MAY APPLY: The competition is open to professional and student members of the Texas Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (TACES). Supervisors, counselor educators, and students are encouraged to apply. Individuals may submit, or be a part of a submission team, for only one grant proposal. Multiple submissions by any researcher, individually or as a part of a multiple research team, will not be accepted. TACES Board Members are not eligible for these awards.
