APPLICATION INFORMATION
WILDCAT Scholarship is available graduates interested in pursuing post high education in a trade and/or technical field.
Application Deadline - Monday March 16, 2026
TO BE CONSIDERED, A COMPLETED APPLICATION PACKAGE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026
When selecting scholarship recipients, the Foundation considers the following:
- A minimum Grade Point Average of 2.0 (unweighted)
- Intention to attend an educational program in the trade and technical fields
- Completion of the Scholarship Application Package
- Further consideration will be given for applicants as follows:
  - demonstrated financial need
  - unique family circumstances
  - 1st generation post secondary education
APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Complete and submit the following online application. If you have any difficulties in completing the online application please contact Mike Cambell at mjcarvada@gmail.com and your high school counselor.

To complete the application online read the application instructions below and at the bottom of the page select Next to continue to the application. You will have the option to save your information as you progress through the online application.

A completed application must include:
- A cover letter that provides biographical information and how your high school experiences have prepared you for post-high school plans (maximum one page). Can be uploaded below
- A copy of your OFFICIAL high school transcript. Can be uploaded below
- Two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from a certified high school staff person and preferably one from outside the school. You are responsible to talk with your references and make sure they provide a letter of recommendation.
- A paragraph that explains your interest in the field you will be pursuing and a paragraph that explains what you would hope to be doing with your education in the next few years.
Scholarship recipients will be notified at the Academic Awards celebration in May 2026.

Recommendation Requests
Please identify two individuals to submit letters of recommendations to support your application, one of which must be a certified high school staff person and preferably one from outside the school.

After you've entered their information, it will be your responsibility to contact them and ask them to send a recommendation to support your application.
