    Yes, please enroll me in the 12-month installment plan for my 2026 annual assessments!

    I understand that:

    1. I am only eligible for the installment plan if my account balance on December 31, 2025 is zero (There are no exceptions to this policy for any reason) and I must sign up for this plan.
    2. Each monthly payment will be in the amount of $208.38. The sum total of these 12 payments includes the $150 installment plan fee and interest. However, my Connect account will show the one-time installment plan fee (P8) and each month’s interest (LI) as separate items for clarity. As long as I make 12 on-time payments, I will remain in good standing and my 2026 assessments will be paid in full on December 15, 2026.
    3. Each payment is due on the first of each month starting in January with a 15-day grace period. My payment is due on the first, not the 15th. The grace period allows payments to reach the association after reasonable delays.
    4. I will be charged a $35 late fee if my payment doesn’t reach the association on or before the 15th. Note: this fee will not be applied in January. It is my responsibility to make sure that my payments reach the association on time. Therefore, I must initiate payments or set up autopays in a timely manner:
    5. If I’m mailing a check, I need to have it in the mail by the 5th of the month.
    6. If I’m paying by credit card, I need to pay in Clickpay by the 9th of the month.
    7. If I’m paying by ACH, I need to initiate the payment by the 10th of the month.
    8. Dividing the total assessment by twelve months is not the correct calculation for the monthly payment as it does not include either the installment plan fee or interest. While such payments will not be rejected, I will be in default of the installment plan and I will not be in good standing.
    9. If I miss a payment entirely, that is, no payment or a partial payment reaches the association by the last day of any month, I will be in default of the installment plan and will no longer be in good standing. I will not be able to catch up by making extra payments in ensuing months. The only way to restore my good standing will be to pay the outstanding balance in full.
    10. Whenever I am not in good standing, my gate cards and amenity fobs will be turned off and only restored when I am in good standing again. In those cases, there will be an additional gate card reactivation fee of $30 per card. These fees will not be waived.
    11. Clickpay is a third-party payment portal and can only tell me the total outstanding balance on my account at any one time. I will not ask them for advice about how to bring my account current. It will accept any payment that I make — even wrong ones.  If I have a question about my account, I will contact via email Saw Creek directly to accounting@sawcreek.org.
