Site visit and Quote
All projects require a site visit to properly assess all factors that may affect the final quote. Utility companies must also complete a site visit to verify that the existing panel location can remain, confirm that transformer capacity is adequate, and determine if any changes or relocations are necessary.

Note: Standard breakers are included in all quotes. Arc-fault, GFCI, main, and other specialty breakers are not included unless specifically requested.

Underground trench and pipe may be require depending on utility company review. You can expect to pay $40.00 a linieal foot for a new 2.5" or 3" run

For 400-amp panel upgrades in Phoenix and Scottsdale (MK series), additional sub-panels will be required. These are not included in the initial estimate and will be determined after the site visit. Engineering approval is also required in these jurisdictions.
