OUTDOOR YOGA-CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ARRIVAL
My sessions are outdoors to receive a deeper connection through breath and movement.
The practice involves Meditation,Pranayama and Yog Asanas depending on your current Health conditions.
All groups welcome.
🌻 What to expect (Small Group Only)
🧘♀️Meditation,Breathwork and Gentle Vinyasa Flow
👉Please walkin from the side fence gate (right side) in to the backyard.
👉On Arrival settle down
👉BYO
Yoga mat,Towel and water bottle water
👉Please arrive 5-10mins before
👉Let me know for any injuries or medical concerns if you have.
Online Yoga – Client Instructions Before Sessions
1. Set Up Your Space Choose a quiet area with enough room to stretch. Lay out your yoga mat, cushion, and a blanket if needed. If possible, face a window or soft natural light.
2. Gather Your Props Yoga strap (or a scarf) Two blocks (or books) Bolster (or firm pillows)
3. Tech Setup Join using a device with a stable internet connection. Charge your phone/laptop beforehand. Place your device at a distance where I can see your full mat (for alignment cues). Use headphones if you need clearer audio.
4. Arrive Early Log in 5–10 minutes before start time to settle in and check your sound/video. Mute your microphone unless speaking.
During the Session
1. Listen to Your Body Take breaks anytime you need. Modify poses based on your comfort level. Pain = stop. Sensation/stretch = okay.
2. Camera Etiquette Keep your camera on for personalized guidance (optional but recommended). Keep your mic muted to reduce background noise unless asking a question.
3. Interaction You can type questions in the chat or ask verbally during transition moments. After the Session
1. Hydrate & Rest Drink water and take a moment before moving on with your day. 2. Feedback Share any feedback or requests for future sessions.
3. Practice at Home You’ll receive any notes, recordings, or follow-up instructions (if included in your plan).
