Purpose of ReachNow
ReachNow provides clients with access to their therapist outside of standard session times, offering timely emotional support and guidance during moments of Clients expressing imminent risk of harm to self or others will be referred immediately to emergency services, including the nearest emergency department and/or local law enforcement. This procedure is non-negotiable and in accordance with legal and ethical obligations.
Termination of Services
Either the client or therapist may end participation in ReachNow services at any time. No written notice is required.
A provider may discontinue services if a client demonstrates harmful, disruptive, or noncompliant behavior, or if the provider determines that the client’s needs exceed the scope of ReachNow support.
Emergency Procedures
ReachNow is not an emergency or crisis service.

Therapists may provide safety guidance and connect clients to appropriate emergency resources when necessary.
Legal and Ethical Standards
ReachNow Emotional Guidance Sessions are conducted in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines governing clinical practice, including client confidentiality, informed consent, and professional conduct.
Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their rights and responsibilities as participants in therapeutic services.
Agreement Acknowledgement
By engaging in ReachNow Emotional Guidance Sessions, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclosure.
Any updates or amendments to these terms will be communicated in writing by the ReachNow provider.
