OLD HOLLYWOOD WAVES PACKAGE:
This premium package is dedicated to our most requested high-glam style: signature Old Hollywood Waves, paired with full glam makeup for that luminous, show-stopping bridal look. This style requires advanced sculpting, roller setting, and a polished brush-out for that glossy vintage finish. This style is perfect for our 1940's Bride.

POLICY

Deposit:
Every client must submit a non-refundable deposit fee within 24 hours of booking to secure their appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total cost and ensures reservation of the appointment date and time. Failure to submit the deposit within the stipulated timeframe means the appointment date and time remain unreserved, allowing other clients to book.

Deposit: 50% from ending total
Remaining payment will be due 3 months before wedding date.

Cancellations:

All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due One month prior to the event and is also non-refundable. Any payments made are non-refundable. If the client cancels the appointment within one month of the event, the full remaining balance is still due. We empathize with any situation that may arise, and our hearts go out to you during such circumstances. In the rare event of an emergency involving your stylist, the remaining balance paid one month prior to the event will either be refunded or, if the stylist is able to find a qualified replacement, the payment will be transferred to the new stylist. Additional fees may apply depending on the replacement stylist. Please note that such emergencies are extremely rare, and your stylist will make every effort to arrange a trusted replacement. If the client cancels the event, any hotels, flights, or car services booked for the event are the client's responsibility to cancel, and the client will still be responsible for covering any associated costs, even if the business cannot secure refunds.

Travel Fee: A mileage fee of $2.00 per mile for the events location is applied to all bookings conducted outside the Looks By Dara beauty suite in Columbia, MD. The travel fee is calculated based on the distance from our beauty suite. For destinations exceeding a travel time of 1 hour and 30 minutes from our suite, the client is required to provide a hotel room for each stylist in addition to travel fee. The client is responsible for the booking of the hotel room, inclusive of any additional fees incurred. It is imperative that the hotel meets a minimum 4-star standard and is subject to approval by the stylist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our travel fee policy.Cancellation policy All deposits are non-refundable. 💖 Gratuity Selection: We’re so grateful to be a part of your special day! To honor the time, care, and detail that goes into your glam experience, many clients choose to include a gratuity to the end of their total. Please select your preferred amount below.
By signing this agreement, I* acknowledges and accepts all policies for hair and makeup services with Beauty by Petals. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve the date, and the remaining balance is due ONE month before the wedding day. All payments made are non-refundable. A travel fee of $2 per mile applies for locations outside our beauty suite in Columbia, Maryland. For venues over 1.5 hours away, a hotel room must be provided for the Beauty by Petals team in addition to the travel fee. Parking fees may be added if the venue does not provide free parking, and a $50 stair fee will apply if stylists are required to carry equipment up stairs without elevator access. Early morning start times or additional services outside of the agreed schedule may result in additional fees. A minimum 18% gratuity will be added to the final invoice, with the option for the client to add more if they feel the service exceeded expectations. By signing below, the client agrees to all terms and confirms full understanding of this policy.
