Cancellation Policy *

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a 100% refund. If the above Guest should cancel this reservation within 72 hours or less before scheduled date of arrival, there will be a 50% penalty charge deduction of the total amount paid, excluding tax fee. Any due refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days or as stipulated by the financial institution used.

Our Enchanting Forest Apartment Rental may experience a temporary cease in operations due to unforeseen circumstances; such as threatening weather related to acts of nature or any unexpected emergency. In the event of any of these occurrences, our hospitality business reserves the right to cancel any exisitng reservation and an email notification will be sent immediately. The total payment submitted by the above Guest will be fully refundable.
