Join us in making this year’s conference an unforgettable experience! Disclaimer: Volunteer roles are dependent on age. Volunteers may spend up to one hour in the community. Please review the volunteer role descriptions below, then scroll down to select which days and times you’re available to serve. You may choose multiple roles across different time slots.
  • Volunteer Role Descriptions:

    Ushers (Ages 18+) — Guide seating, maintain order during service, assist with offerings.

    Registrars (Ages 17+) — Check in attendees, verify registrations, and distribute wristbands.

    Kitchen Assistants (Ages 15+) — Help with food preparation and dishwashing.Activity

    Assistants (Ages 15+) — Help the activity host/hostess with scheduled programs.

    Stage Hands (Ages 14+) — Manage stage setup, support worship team as needed.

    Greeters (Ages 13+) — Welcome guests at entry, direct them to registration.

    Clean-Up Crew (Ages 13+) — Maintain venue cleanliness by picking up trash and resetting areas.

    Moving Team (Ages 13+) — Move equipment, unload vehicles, and assist with setup/teardown.

    Food Servers (Ages 13+) — Serve meals during communal meal times.

    Decorators (Ages 13+) — Decorate the venue for the weekend.

    Chaperones (Ages 20+) — Responsible for youth during outings and certain activities.
