  • Client Rates & Basic Terms Acknowledgment

    Please read carefully before proceeding.

    By signing below or proceeding with onboarding, I confirm that I have reviewed and understand the Client Rates & Basic Terms document. I acknowledge that all hourly services are billed in accordance with this rate schedule, and that if I would like to receive project-based or flat-rate pricing, it must be quoted on a case-by-case basis. I also understand that I may contact my Client Success Manager at any time to explore available flat-rate or project-based service options.

    Invoice payments are due within seven (7) days of issuance unless alternate retainer terms have been approved in writing and a retainer has been placed. I will contact my Client Success Manager if I wish to place a retainer for longer payment terms.

    I acknowledge that maintaining an active Client Account Maintenance Fee is required to access ongoing consulting services, project-based pricing, flat-rate pricing, and any of Launch's Business Essentials packages.

    I understand that this document and its terms are reviewed and updated annually, with the new version provided in mid-November for a January 1 implementation.  Unless otherwise communicated in writing, continued use of Launch Industries’ services after the update date will constitute automatic acceptance of the revised rates and terms.

    I further acknowledge that rates, terms, and conditions may also be updated or modified at any time with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice, and such updates will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

    If there is ever a discrepancy between this document and the Master Services Agreement (MSA), the document with the more recent update date shall take precedence.
