APPLICANT AGREEMENT - If selected for the 2026 Washington Youth Tour, I will obligate myself to attend the trip on June 12-19, 2026. I will be a positive example of myself, my school, my community and the electric cooperative I represent (Flint Energies). If for any reason I have to withdraw from the Youth Tour, I am aware that I will forfeit the Youth Tour scholarship.
