  • POLICIES & NEXT STEPS

    -A $100 non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of booking to secure your agreed session date. If the deposit is not recieved within that timeframe, the date will be released.

    -You may reschedule once within 48+ hours' notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability)

    -If you cancel or reschedule under 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

    -Deposit counts toward your total. Remaining balance is due after your session, upon delivery of the preview gallery.

    -Photo delivery includes watermarked proofs for selection, followed by professional retouching of your included images.

    -Social Media Sharing: When sharing photos online, please use the watermarked versions provided and credit/tag @modyman_photography in the caption or post. (Non-watermarked versions are intended for programs, posters, and official marketing materials only.)
