Important Regulation Reminders:
- The goal of our rental policy is to ensure that the CP Board is aware of who is
visiting Campbell’s Point so that we can help look after everyone’s safety and
security. We also want to ensure that renters are following the rules and
regulations that have been established by the Board and Membership. For the
Board to approve the rentals, we need to have applications at least three weeks ahead of the rental start date.
- The Board should be aware of all rental agreements by the Friday of
Memorial Weekend. If a rental is arranged after this date, please make
sure that the Board is notified immediately. We require all applications
to be submitted at least three weeks prior to starting rental date.
- Non-family use of a cottage without the Owner’s presence is viewed by the
Board as a Rental and subject to CP’s Rental Agreements and Fees, even
if there is no financial transaction between the Owner and the Renter.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring that renters understand and follow
the regulations and rules of Campbell’s Point and must provide the
Renters with our Regulations. Posting these Regulations in your cottage
will also help Renters understand and comply with them.
- Guests of Renters are to park only in designated, marked Guest
parking areas.
- No hosting of parties by Renters is allowed. When in doubt, discuss with
the Owner what is acceptable.
- Renters’ pets are not permitted. Renters’ guests’ pets are also not
permitted
