  • 1. Service Agreement

    By scheduling services with Delta Lawn and Cleaning Services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all lawn care, landscaping, and cleaning services provided.

     

    2. Services Offered

    Services may include but are not limited to:


    Lawn mowing
    Edging and trimming
    Shrub trimming
    Blowing debris from sidewalks and driveways
    Mulching and bed maintenance
    Garbage bin cleaning
    Residential or light commercial cleaning (if applicable)

     
    All Services will be completed as agreed upon during scheduling or quoting. Absolutely no add on as it will through us off of planned scheduling.

     

    3. Estimates and Pricing

    All quotes are based on property size, service type, and condition of the area. Final pricing may change if the property condition differs from what was originally described.

     

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Failure to pay WILL result in suspension of future services or payment is required upfront 

     

    5. Scheduling

    Delta Lawn and Cleaning Services offers weekly and bi-weekly service schedules.

     
    Weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergencies may require rescheduling. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if delays occur.

     

    6. Property Access

    Customers must ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled service day.

     
    This includes:
    Unlocking gates
    Securing pets
    Removing obstacles from the lawn or cleaning areas 


    Delta Lawn and Cleaning Services is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

      

    7. Property Damage 

    While every effort is made to provide careful and professional service, Delta Lawn and Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, debris, or improperly installed property fixtures.

     
    Customers should remove fragile or valuable items from service areas before service.

      

    8. Cancellation Policy

    Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule services.


    Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

     

    9. Weather Policy 

    Lawn services may be delayed due to rain, severe weather, or unsafe working conditions. Services will be rescheduled for the next available date.

     

    10. Satisfaction Guarantee

    Delta Lawn and Cleaning Services strives to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

     

    11. Liability

    Delta Lawn and Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, landscaping issues, or hazards not disclosed before service.

     

    12. Agreement

    By scheduling services with Delta Lawn and Cleaning Services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
