By placing an order with Purpose Threads, you agree to the following:

Made to Order: All T-shirts are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is received, production begins based on your selections. No Cancellations or Refunds: Because each item is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once payment is received. Production Timeline: After the order window closes, materials are ordered. T-shirts will be made and ready within approximately 2 weeks from that time. Sizing and Design:Please double-check size, color, and design details before submitting your order. We cannot offer exchanges or replacements for sizing or preference issues. Errors or Damages: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, including photos and your order details. We’ll make it right.
